6. Let you know when we are likely to make lots of mess
7. Let you know when you could be without water or electricity and for how long
8. Agree with you where we will park our vehicles
9. Agree with you where we will store materials and put skips and waste
10. Hold weekly meeting with you to discuss progress and to inform you of the next stages. To maintain our strict quality control and assurance
11. Provide you with all the necessary certification for your project
12. Ensure our working practices and the site comply with Health and Safety Regulations
